James Bond sometimes crosses paths with Mother Nature’s creatures in varying degrees of importance. Some movies possess none, while others have animals that significantly contribute to a Bond movie as an important plot element or exciting scene.

This pet bird is caught in the crossfire at Koskov’s hideaway when Necros “The Milkman” attacks. Found in the kitchen (maybe it’s a chef’s pet?), he may not have survived Koskov’s kidnapping given all of the explosions.

Sanchez feeds Bond’s CIA friend Felix Leiter to a shark at his marine factory for revenge of his arrest in Key West. Although Leiter survives, he loses a leg in the attack, and a note left for Bond to find said that Leiter “disagreed with something that ate him.”

Sanchez stores cocaine in drawers containing this fish food. Bond is caught by a security guard arms deep in a drawer while investigating, and throws a handful of maggots at the guard to subdue him. He then tosses the guards body in with the maggots, saying “bon appetite.”

As another security guard attempts to locate Bond at the Krest facility, Bond pulls him from a catwalk directly into a tank of electric eels. Shocking!

An odd characteristic (and likely an insurance nightmare) of the casino is its pit of komodo dragons. Bond eventually fights one of Severine’s handlers in the pit, where the handler is bitten and eaten by one of the dragons.
